Static vs dynamic QR codes
ZIYNU creates static QR codes: the information is stored in the pattern itself, so the code never expires and doesn't depend on any service staying online. Dynamic codes from subscription services point to a redirect link that can be changed later — and stop working if the subscription ends.
Tips for codes that scan
Keep strong contrast — dark code on a light background. Leave the white margin (quiet zone) around the code. Printed codes should be at least 2 cm wide, and larger when scanned from a distance. Shorter content produces a simpler pattern that scans more easily.
Good to know
- Wi-Fi codes contain your network password in readable form — only share them with people you'd give the password to.
- Adding a logo raises error correction to High so the code still scans with part of it covered.
